If you are registering your account, please ensure you use the same email you place your Seido Knives orders with, or the email you used to sign up for the affiliate program.

All commissions are paid in USD currency. You will earn a commission everytime someone makes their first purchase using your unique affiliate code.

All commissions are sent directly to your email inbox via Tremendous, in the form of a cash or a prepaid digital Visa card or gift card - depending on your choice.

You will receive an email within the first 5 working days of the month for the previous month’s commission.

Yes. Our fraud center maintains the health and well-being of our affiliate program, to ensure that all referrals are legitimate. We reserve the right to revoke your affiliate status at any time, for any reason, which could result in the forfeit of unpaid earnings.

Any commissions produced or referred by discount aggregators will not be paid out to affiliate members. If your affiliate code has been detected by our fraud center you may be banned from the affiliate program at our discretion. 

We recognize that affiliate codes being picked up by discount aggregators may be caused by external factors out of your control. If you have been banned and would like us to review your account, please reach out to hello@seidoknives.com to further investigate the matter.

Your discount code/link will remain the same for the lifetime of the program. However, in the event that we make any changes to the affiliate program or your unique coupon code/link, you will be notified via email with further instructions. Please ensure to check your spam folder if you can not locate the email.

We reserve the right to remove any participant and their referrals without prior notice. If fraudulent behaviour is suspected, rewards will be given only after validating the referrals of participants for these cases.

A minimum $40 order value must be placed by a referred customer for the rewards to be valid for both the referring customer and new customer. Self referrals are not permitted and will not receive credit.

Spamming or otherwise creating bulk distributions of your referral code will result in immediate termination of our affiliate program without payment. This includes advertising your code or sharing it with aggregate coupon code sites.

Engaging in any actions that are designed to disrupt or undermine the program including actions that disparage or malign the reputation of the brand on social media will result in immediate termination of participation in our program without payment.
