I ordered a Kanpeki 10" Diamond Sharpening Rod as a gift for our granddaughter. I tried the sharpener on our knives and it did such a great job that I decided to keep the sharpener and order another one for our granddaughter. It is a great tool.

The knives are all really comfortable to hold, weighing in at around 7 oz each; they are all really sharp, making my daily prep duties in the kitchen a seamless task. I would totally recommend these knives to anyone who has lots of chopping, mincing, or dicing to do during prep.
Over all this is a very quality knifes.Thick blade and Cherry Wood Handle,very sharp.Havent had an opportunity to use them,I'm sure they will perform well.
