This Supplemental Privacy Notice provides additional disclosures about specific technologies and service providers we use on seidoknives.com (the “Site”), including marketing and advertising tools that may not be listed in our main Privacy Policy. This Supplemental Privacy Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1) Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to: (a) operate the Site and provide core functionality, (b) remember preferences, (c) understand how the Site is used, (d) measure marketing performance (attribution), and (e) show ads that may be more relevant to you.

5) Email and SMS Communications

SMS: If you subscribe to marketing text messages, you can opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

6) Customer Support, Help Desk, Chat, and AI Agent

If you contact us (including via chat), we collect the information you submit (such as your messages, contact details, and order references) to provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, improve service quality, and maintain appropriate records. We collect only submitted messages (we do not capture keystrokes before you send a message).

7) Payments and Fraud Prevention

We use Shopify and third-party payment providers to process transactions. Depending on your selection, this may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Afterpay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment details are processed by the payment provider in accordance with their terms and privacy practices.

We may also use information (including device information and transaction signals) to help detect and prevent fraud, protect the security of the Site, and investigate suspicious activity.

Cloud Solutions Inc. is the legal entity responsible for managing and processing data collected through the Seido Knives website and associated services. Seido Knives is a registered trademark owned by Cloud Solutions Inc. All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” in this Supplemental Privacy Notice refer to Cloud Solutions Inc.
