The Bunka knife is a Japanese all-purpose knife known for its broad blade and angled, reverse-tanto pointed tip.

Bunka knives are typically 6-7 inches long. Traditionally paired with the Santoku, their wide blade and flat edge add chopping capacity while the bunka knives' pointed tip supports detailed work or precision work in the kitchen. These Japanese knives are ideal for everything, from vegetables to proteins.
