First, these are the SHARPEST knives I have ever used!!! I haven’t used them yet for eating “steak” lol! But I have been using them for everything else while I wait for my chef knife set that matches these arrives. They cut through raw chicken, raw onion, veggies, potatoes like it was cutting through softened butter! The design is absolutely beautiful!! The shape of the handle is very comfortable in your hand and feels very balanced. We are so happy with these!! I cannot wait to get my other set!!!
