Cut to the Chase!

I’ve used each knife in the set and they all provide an exceptional slice. I can now only hope they all hold up a sharp cutting edge after only some lite use. I guess we’ll see how they workout in the long run. So far haven’t had to run them through my sharpener. Hope too, later than sooner.

These are some crazy sharp knives, well balanced and great quality. Got the whole set with the sharpener, knife block, and honing steel.
