Nikuya Butcher Knife

Love the weight of the knife and the feel of the handle it's great for work or home.

I'm satisfied with the build quality of this knife. This butcher's knife chops and slices well. The blade edge had two slight rolls when I received it. No doubt the rolls are damage from shipping. Though I can easily clean up the edge during blade maintenance.
This knife was lightly wrapped and bubbled when I received it. Seido, please consider increasing the layers of packaging before shipping this knife model. As this knife is not sold with a sheath.
Overall, a solid butcher's knife. Seido fulfilled my order in a timely manner, all supply chain issues considered.

Very sharp, very powerful and good craftsmanship! Cuts through meat like butter! Can even cut bread without the need for a serrated knife. The wooden handle is very nice too. This is a quality butcher knife that everyone should have in their kitchen. I definitely recommend it.

Great knife, not only for cutting meat, fish, but also for fillet and vegetables. Seamlessly cuts through bones and veins. The knife is large but comfortable to hold. I really liked the unique forged blade design. The wooden handle is very pleasant and appears to be made of good quality wood. Thank you!
