This Gyuto chef knife is even better then expected. The blade is unimaginably sharp, it's perfectly balanced and the handle has a really nice feel to it. I highly recommend this knife.

While I ordered the knife 12 days ago it only arrived two days ago. The knife is a holiday gift and I only checked to see that it arrived safely and in good condition. So I have no comment to make about the knife itself. I assume it will perform as expected.

Can't get over how amazing this knife is. I tried the tomato cut and it effortlessly sliced right through. It's sharp and very well made. You can tell it's high quality chef knife when holding it in your hand. I'm really happy with it.
